Please note that the returns and exchanges terms mentioned below are valid for customers in UAE and GCC. For other countries, please let us know about your return or exchange request and we will get back to you.

Returns & Refunds:

Our policy lasts 4 days. You may return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ or 'Sale' within 4 days of delivery. Only regular priced items that were bought online may be refunded.

Refunds are issued in a form of a purchase code after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a purchase code for the refund amount will be emailed to you. The purchase code is the same as a discount code, it can be used at checkout when you place an order with us.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping that you paid when you made your purchase will not be included in your refund amount. For example, if you returned an item that you bought for AED 100, and you paid AED 18 for delivery, we will email you Elbotik gift card for AED 100, which is the price of the item only.

Return instructions:

To return your item to us please follow the following steps:

  • Send us an email at orders@elbotik notifying us about the return and wait for our response.
  • After we contact you regarding your return request and inform you to proceed with the return, please pack the item in its original packing and original box and wait for our courier to contact you in order to arrange the shipment pick-up. Our courier will pick-up the items from you from the same delivery address you used for your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your return is accepted or not. 


Our policy for exchanges lasts 7 days, you may exchange some items* for another color or size within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges can only be made once for each item, which means it's not possible to exchange the same item for another size or color more than once.

If you want to exchange your item for another color or size (of the same item), please send us an email on ( explaining why do you want to exchange your item and which other size or color you require. After we respond to your request, we will send our courier to pick-up the item from your end, after we receive and inspect the item we will ship your required item, and notify you of the expected delivery time.

*Some items: items that have multiple colors or/and sizes, excluding home, decor, and kitchen items.
