We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact our team at: email@example.com.
Our policy lasts 7 days. You may return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ or 'Sale' within 7 days of delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. You will be issued a full refund for the returned item, excluding the shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your item please follow the Returns Shipping steps below.
Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days; otherwise, we will send the payment to you through a courier. Bank transfers and store credits can be used also in some cases and upon contacting us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your item to us please follow the following steps:
- Send us an email at info@elbotik notifying us about the return and wait for our response.
- Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice.
- Ship the item to us using your preferred shipping carrier to:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As we noted above, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 200 AED, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
