Shipping & Returns for Product Page

Shipping:

Our Delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days. 

In some cases, the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Please note also that there's no deliveries on Fridays, almost everyone is off you know :)

Our delivery charge in general is AED 18 for each order, however, additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

Orders with the a total above AED 500 will have free shipping.

Backorders:
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping upon your request through email (info@elbotik.com). Please let us know whenever you're interested in a product that is out of stock.

Special items:
Some products might require extra days to be processed and prepared for you, in such cases it would be mentioned in the product's page here, or at the checkout page.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please read our full return policy page for information regarding returns.

Our policy lasts 7 days. You may return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ or 'Sale' within 7 days of delivery. 

Refunds are issued in a form of a Gift Card after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. An Elbotik Gift Card will be emailed to you for the amount of the returned items, excluding the shipping fees.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
