Our Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days

However some items can take longer, around 8-14 days, depending on the type of product or availability. For example, some items need to be sourced from the US or other countries, especially the ones that are produced buy local small businesses in the US, which will take time until they are shipped to the UAE.

Please note that there's no deliveries on Fridays, so orders placed over the weekend may take a day longer.

Delivery charge is 25 AED for each order

orders with the a total above 500 AED will have free shipping.

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Our policy lasts 7 days. You may return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ or 'Sale' within 7 days of delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. You will be issued a full refund for the returned item, excluding the shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days; otherwise, we will send the payment to you through a courier.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns shipping
To return your item to us please follow the following steps:

  • Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As we noted above, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over 200 AED, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
