Shipping:

Our Delivery time is approximately 8-11 days / Our Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days

/ However some items can take longer, around 8-14 days, depending on the type of product or availability. For example, some items need to be sourced from the US or other countries, such as the items that are produced buy local small businesses in the US, which will take time to be shipped to the UAE.

Please note that there's no deliveries on Fridays, so orders placed over the weekend may take a day longer.

However some items can be shipped faster depending on the type of the product or the brand

If the product you're viewing has the "Fast Shipping Item" tag, then the product is expected to be delivered within 7 days. However, if your order contains regular items that don't have the fast shipping tag, your expected delivery time for the whole order will be associated to that item's delivery time, unless we inform you that w'll separate your order and ship the fast items first after you complete your order.

Delivery charge is 25 AED for each order

orders with the a total above 500 AED will have free shipping...not charge shipping fee 

Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Multiple shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will be paid once with the first delivered package. The other shipment(s) for the same order will not be charged.

 

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact our team at: info@elbotik.com.

Our policy lasts 7 days. You may return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ or 'Sale' within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, .we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 200 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
